Video Editing Tricks

Two Video Cameras are better than one. Filming with two video cameras is more forgiving when your editing. Lets say something goes wrong when you are halfwaythrough a good shoot. When you've got another camera you can just switch views on the editing software and carry on shooting. With one video camera you have to start again or press stio and re-position the camera so it looks like you've changed camera angle views.

If you buy a second vidoe camera try to get the same make and model as the one you already have.
This will save time when editing in getting the color and brightness to look the same.

Simple Video Editing Tips and Tricks

1. Have the necessary equipment - Start with inexpensive equipment. If you can get good video and audio with it you will certainly get great shots with higher end equipment.

2. Choose something of interest to shoot - It's probably best you shoot things taht your genuily interested in. This will give you more motivation on the chopping board.

3. Make sure your lighting is good - Inexpensive video cameras can produce good quality video when the ligting is good. Similarly expensive cameras produce awful video when lighting is bad.

4. Edit on Good Software - The free softwares are usually not good enough for good video editing. As you edit more you will find limits to teh low end video editing software's too. Better to get the good stuff from the beginning.
